Why tennis players hit to the middle of the court?
The player hits to the middle of the court to stop the angles or caused the other player not to be able to hit with angles, this allows the player to recover more and then presents the opponent with less court to play a wide shot making you run more. The other reason the player place the ball to the middle court is the safest shot to play, this presents you with a lot of room in case you don’t strike the ball perfectly to make the shot.
