Why do I not watch the ball?
The reason people don’t watch the ball is they are worried about an outcome. They want to hit the ball to certain area of the court. our concern is that we won’t achieve that goal, so we look in advance, instead of focusing on the execution of the shop. so the important thing is really watching the ball, without doing that, we will never achieve the goal of hitting the ball to certain spot for our success. So watch the ball!
