The (T) stands for technique and drills it’s always good to have great technique keep the form while doing the drills this will develop good shots, consistency and endurance during matchplay. Remember work to development your movement and strength. The (E) is a end result of self-defense discipline, if you can play high school, or college tennis that should be the goal, if you can get a college scholarship that would be better. The effort must match the workload to achieve your dream.
