What is the product that you really produce? this is for the tennis director or tennis coach that wants to be, tennis director, tennis professionals really need to know what you’re talking about, to perform what is the mission statement. This is what you want to create as a cultural environment for your club. This is so the philosophy should be to service the membership, tennis development of the players and games and special events that the club produces. this is why tennis Directors are successful, they understand the mission and create programs to do that.
