The racket head is the circumference of hitting area of that head in square inches. the bigger the head the bigger the sweet spot and 110 head size equates to again typically the beginner, the skill at reading the ball is weak, in the advanced player the oversized, the 110 head size is really good for those players who don’t get to practice a lot and need a bigger sweet spot to make good shots. the smaller head is easier to use with the advanced player who plays a lot and practices a lot. We continually talk about the ability to contact the ball in the sweet spot. The advanced play see’s the ball, like spin, speed, and knows how to play and position for the ball. The beginner does not, and needs the bigger head to make better contact.
