What is an instructional lesson versus a hitting lesson?
The recreation tennis player sometimes does not know the difference between just hitting balls and actually learning a skill. In tennis learning a skill usually involves progressions or steps and physical movement characteristics that produce a mechanical proficiency, and that is really what we call tennis lesson.
