What if coaches pay attention to top-level players and not the beginners?
This is interesting to me, a beginner is going to take lessons for 10 years top-level player is already good and plays at a high-level and maybe stay with you for five years, so who are you going to treat better and work with longer? The beginner is going to stay in classes and learn and develop over at 10 year period. The top-level player or junior will be gone to college and out of your program. Remember beginners need more work and they are the “gold” of your program.
