Non Dominant arm with a run around your backhand shot:

As we watch the ’12 US Open, specifically the men’s 3rd rd, L. Hewitt and D. Ferrier, both ‘grinders’ and both run around their backhand a majority of the time. As they prepare to take steps to run around, their non-dominant arm is clearly ‘working,’ propelling both arms, attaining power, great balance, measuring their bodies from the ball for clear extension and wow…..a great shot is the result.
