I have a sore elbow, what do I need to do to fix it?

the most common problem with sore elbow is usually on the forehand side, it’s on the inside of the elbow and not the outside. if it is the inside of the elbow it is typically the forehand ground stroke. if it’s the outside it’s typically the backhand groundstroke! the other characteristic that will cause that same challenge is the serve in the pronation of the forearm, so those would be the three things I would look at the fixture tennis elbow. The mechanics if correct will not hurt you.

The Weekend warriors aches and pains are normal from playing aggressive and long matches in tennis!

the challenge is if you have patella tendinitis or a tennis elbow, a poor shoulder or problems as a byproduct of your mechanics, that’s when you really need to get something fixed in order that the damage that you do to that area of your body doesn’t continue to occur. The challenge or problem will come back after rest due to poor strokes. You can fix the strokes and the problem will go away.
