How come I hit my slice out?
The typical reason for making your slice backhand travel out, The out of the court shot is the path of the racket is traveling down too much. this is like the plane crashing instead of landing. the face the racket opens and is positioned too high above the ball, the path the racket is going down to strike and this causes the ball to go up. This does not make sense, swing down and the ball goes up, swing up and the ball goes down. This due to spin and the tilt of the racket face.
