After I return serve and run to net, where do I hit my overhead?
The reason i have to hit my overhead is i attacked the return, the reason someone logs you is because you’re attacking the net. So, if they lob the best place to strike the ball is down the middle and that would be near or at the frontcourt player. so that simple rhyme is in the middle solves the riddle, it is an easy way to remember the best place to strike the ball.
