What makes the ball go to low?
The reason people hit the ball too low is that the path of the racket before they strike the tennis shot is either level with or not far enough below the flight of the tennis ball. the flight of the racket has to be like the airplane taking off with a gradual incline in order to have it carry over the net at reasonable height. Please look at how far below the ball your racket gets before contact.
