What is the point of contact?

The point of contact is the place where you strike the ball in relationship to your stance. the type of grip that you are holding dictates were you strike the ball. If you are holding the Eastern grip your point of contact presents the Racket-face flat Just in front of the left foot, if you’re right-handed. the Seni Western grip position presents the stance more open and the contact point would be about 6 inches in front of the left foot with an open stance. the Western grip presents the contact point way out in front maybe 18 inches or so with the stance completely open, so the point of contact is in relationship to the grip that you have or prefer to hold.
