Improving on the popular predecessor was not easy, but the new Prince EXO3 Silver 115 does just that, adding greater comfort and stability to this lightweight, powerful frame. The first thing players will notice with the new racquet is that the headsize has been decreased from 118 to 115 sq. in. for the purpose of increasing maneuverability while the updatedEXO3 technology ensures that power loss does not occur. One update to the EXO3 technology is that the Energy Bridge now features a thermoplastic resin integrated into the carbon fiber matrix, effectively combining properties of the two materials. The softer thermoplastic material helps to dampen string vibration for a more comfortable feel while the carbon fiber provides the responsiveness associated with solid feel at impact. The EXO3 Silver 115 also features a re-engineered cross section where the throat and racquet head meet, which is specifically designed for increased torsional stability for greater accuracy. The newest addition to the EXO3 Thunder line is the addition of the Double Bridge built in vibration dampening system which reduces both frame shock and string vibration.
