The Two Handed Contact Point

22

The two handed contact point is just in front of the right foot. This presents the racquet face flat to the net and weight on the right leg with balance forward. The right hand is positioned on the top of the racquet like you are hammering a nail in to wood. The base knuckle is on panel 2 and heal of hand on panel 1. The left- hand has a forehand grip with the base knuckle on panel 7 and heal on panel 7-8. The head is still and eyes down and over the strike area for a solid position before the strike of the ball.
