Create a Plan

Remind yourself of the things you wanted to change in your life, cast your mind back to 2012 and remember why your 2013 resolutions seemed so important at the time. If you really wanted to lose weight then you may have stuck a picture of yourself onto the fridge door, if that is the case then take a look at that photograph and remind yourself of that important resolution before grabbing that high calorie snack. Keep track of your progress, is it really encouraging and if you have created a written plan then keeping track of progress should be easy, every time you reach your goal give yourself a huge pat on the back.
