Purpose of the project:
1. Define the level of performance through self evaluation
2. Define the hours per-week and days available
3. Define the off-court hours per week conditioning
4. Define the drills and exercises with time frames per week
5. Define the number of matches per week
6. Define the testing requirements for measurement
The goal we have is to give the player the ability to develop through a systematic method. The method covers all areas of development from conditioning to match play. The tracking of skills to individual exercises to have a formula for success is the scope of this project. Provide the player a system for themselves to customize their individual goals and performance level to their schedule.
