What is the first rally for 6 to 10 year olds?
The key is not to use the net use the double alley, the single sideline and the double side line. The players have to do (ups) between the lines, you’re out if your shot travels or bounces outside the alley. the child must keep the ball in play between the double side line and the single sign-line, they do bounce up between those two lines. the kids have to keep the ball in play for 10 rallies, one child strikes the ball and the other child strikes the ball and this is called alley rally. The challenge again is to introduce control, focus, ball control, without the net, this is the first rally.
