Why do I break my wrist on the Volley?
The reason people break the wrist is they don’t present the racket with the nondominant hand and use their shoulders as the way to take the racket back. this movement usually is where the player stands facing the net and then they try to take the racket back. The movement causes the racket to do a little fishtail, at the end, which causes them to break the wrist. The volley does not have wrist movement. Pleases, remember to turn.
