How long after a match do I have to re-fuel the body?

The goal is to have enough liquid and energy for the continuing matches that you might have to play. the goal would be to eat/drink within 10 minutes, you have 10 minutes from the point you finish the match to drink and eat. This is so you do not buildup of lactic acid in the muscle groups, which will cause you to cramp or not have energy during your second and third match.
