Can you identify your key statistics?
The keys are the numbers to identify or what you need to grow the program, I need more adults, I give the staff the goal of getting more adults involved. Then all those numbers weekly or monthly are tracked, you need to develop a written strategy for each area, you need to work with the staff to implement the strategies and you need to reward the professional or staff for the accomplishment. What are of you club do you need to grow? And how do you plan on doing it.
