What is the Split step?
This is the pause, think of a movie if you pause, the movie for a second to get a drink, then you turn the movie back on to continue to play, that’s what happens wit the split step. players, pause and then we look to see or survey the court and then continue play. this allows us to change direction and move to the shot.
