In general why doesn’t the coach have the child or players best interest in mind ?
This is simple, the coach has the best interest and not only interest from a from an emotional and developmental side, but an economic side, it makes sense that he wants to keep the student for a long time! Parent you should know that he wants the best experience for the player. The coach is really and truly honored that the parent trusts this coach with their child’s development.I can’t tell you how important that is in that relationship for the child and the parents.
