How do I get hit my forehand with more topspin?
The key is the path of the racket the more the incline of the racket path as you go to strike the ball, the more spin will occur at contact. This is because, the path of the racket is traveling more upward and less forward. if I were to drive the shot I wouldn’t have the racket travel more forward. I want more spin, I have to have the racket travel more upward to create that effect. Tennis player’s must hit more spin too handle the speed of the ball to keep it in the court.
