Where do I stand when my partner is receiving serve?
The best place to stand is at the service line, about a racket in arm’s-length away from the center service. this allows you to protect the middle court where 8 out of 10 shots will travel. the name of this position is called the hot seat. The first responsibility is to call the serve in or out and then watch the net player in front of you.
